Founded in 2025, Same Time Tomorrow is a full-service event planning and production firm specializing in hospitality-forward, multi-day events and high-touch weddings. We manage event design, logistics and production for destination celebrations and custom experiences — bringing clarity, structure and thoughtful execution to each event.

Meet Kendra
Kendra Thalman knows the ins and outs of corporate programming, venue sales, off-premise catering, event logistics and all of the “are-you-kidding-me” moments that come with live events. Known for her collaborative style and calm presence, she specializes in guiding complex events from concept through execution with clarity, precision, and ease.
With over 15 years of experience in events and hospitality, Kendra began her career in Washington, DC at Hosts Global, where she produced large-scale corporate meetings and incentive programs with six-figure budgets across the Chicago, DC, and Baltimore markets. She specialized in creative development, vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, event management and logistics, having produced events at landmark venues including the Library of Congress, The National Archives, Folger Shakespeare Library, virtually every DC Smithsonian, Meridian House, Nationals Stadium, Stone Tower Winery, The Anthem, United States Botanical Garden, United States Institute of Peace, Washington National Cathedral, The Field Museum, The Chicago Cultural Center and The Museum of Science & Industry.
In 2018, Kendra transitioned into venue sales, leading catering and special events at The St. James, managing event sales at District Winery, and later moving to New York, serving as Sales & Event Director for Purslane, a Brooklyn-based, sustainable catering company, where she remains a partner. From 2020–2025, she oversaw catering and venue sales for iconic New York spaces such as The Boathouse in Prospect Park, Brooklyn Public Library’s Center for Brooklyn History, The Montauk Club and 160 Central Park West.
Having sold over 450 weddings, her clients have been featured in VOGUE, Forbes, Brides, The Knot and Zola. Her corporate client and partner portfolio includes Amway, AstraZeneca, Bank of America, BCG, Deloitte, monday.com, New Museum, PepsiCo, Prospect Park Alliance, TED, Theory, Tommy Hilfiger and Shell Oil, among many others.
